A flat fee of $10 per order is charged. We will endeavour to dispatch your order without delay on the next working day. Your order will be sent via Australia Post or a Courier service depending on your location. You will receive an email advising that your order has been sent.
Returns & Replacements
We appreciate your custom and understand that sometimes purchasing online can prove challenging especially with shoes regarding sizing.
If however, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange, credit or refund provided the following conditions are met…
- Shoes must be returned within 14 days from date of invoice.
- Shoes must be unworn/unmarked and in original condition. We require the shoes to be returned be in original box and packaging, with a copy of your invoice for reference.
- To ensure shoes are returned unmarked we recommend that you try them on with stockings or socks and test them on a carpet only surface to ensure shoes do not become marked or scuffed. Returns may be rejected if there are obvious marks or damage to the shoes.
- Any returns must be sent via Australia Post and either be registered or with tracking, we will not be responsible for goods which become lost in transit when being returned to us.
- Please contact us either by email or telephone and advise if you have any issues regarding your order prior to returning it to us.
